Terms of Service

The terms governing access to and use of ServusOne, provided by Tradeforce Systems, LLC.

Last reviewed: 2026-08-21

Provider, product, and agreement

Tradeforce Systems, LLC provides ServusOne. ServusOne includes this public marketing site and a separate application used for registration, account access, and service operations.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you are authorized to represent.

Accounts and authorized use

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, managing authorized users, and notifying Tradeforce Systems, LLC through the ServusOne contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not submit another person's information unless you have an appropriate basis to do so.

Trial, plans, and fees

ServusOne offers a 14-day trial. No credit card is required to start the trial, and there is no setup fee. Any paid service begins only through the applicable plan-selection and activation process.

The pricing page shows application-supplied Starter and Professional base prices, monthly or annual billing choices, included users, capacity, and operating limits. A self-service selection is verified again before signup. Taxes or provider charges, if applicable, are handled through the applicable checkout or written agreement.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by Tradeforce Systems, LLC.

Plan limits and Enterprise

Starter and Professional plans have their own included-user counts and maximums. A selection above a plan's maximum cannot proceed through self-service signup.

Enterprise is not self-service. Enterprise inquiries remain a contact-sales path and may be governed by separately agreed written terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use ServusOne unlawfully; interfere with the service or its security; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; abuse, probe, or overload the service; misrepresent your identity or authority; or use the service to violate another person's rights.

You are responsible for activity performed through your authorized account.

Customer information and product rights

You remain responsible for the information and materials submitted through your account and for having the rights and permissions needed to use them.

Tradeforce Systems, LLC and its licensors retain their rights in ServusOne, its software, design, documentation, and branding. These Terms do not transfer ownership of customer information to Tradeforce Systems, LLC.

Availability, changes, and account restrictions

ServusOne may be updated, maintained, or changed over time. These Terms do not promise uninterrupted operation, a specific uptime level, or a service-level agreement. Any specific service commitment must be stated in a separate written agreement.

Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect the service or users, address misuse or nonpayment, comply with law, or respond to a security concern. You may stop using ServusOne at any time, subject to any active subscription or separate written agreement.

Third-party services

ServusOne Payments is powered by Stripe. A third-party service may apply its own terms and privacy notice when used.

QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Google Calendar are development-only and are not current public ServusOne integrations. ServusOne does not currently offer a public API.

Warranties, liability, and indemnity

These interim Terms do not add a specific product warranty, liability cap, or indemnity obligation beyond what applicable law requires or a separate written agreement expressly states. They also do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these Terms

Tradeforce Systems, LLC may revise these Terms as ServusOne or applicable requirements change. Updated language and a revised last-updated date may be published through this site. Continued use after an effective update is subject to the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
