The whole job in one system, at a price you can read today
ServusOne publishes its plan prices, its included seats and its per-additional-user rate. You can size your crew, start a trial without a card, and see the product work before you speak to anybody.
What ServusOne is
ServusOne runs the sequence a service business actually lives in: the call, the scheduled visit, the work order, what the technician recorded, the estimate, the invoice, and the payment against it. One record, seen from different angles — not five systems agreeing about a job.
The practical difference against ServiceTitan is how fast you can find out whether it fits. ServiceTitan asks you to request pricing on every package; ServusOne publishes plan prices and runs a fourteen-day trial with no card, so your evaluation is a week of your own work rather than a sequence of calls.
ServusOne is the right call when
Where ServusOne stands out
The price is on the page. Plan prices, included seats and the per-additional-user rate are published. You can cost your office staff and your technicians together before you speak to anyone, and compare that number against whatever quote you are given elsewhere.
One record from the first call to the paid invoice. The scheduled visit, the work order, the estimate and the invoice are the same job. Parts recorded on the job and hours clocked against it reach the invoice without anybody re-keying them, which is where the margin usually leaks.
Equipment history lives on the customer, not in a folder. Installed units, their make, model and serial number, and every service record against them sit on the customer record — which is exactly where a technician heading to a repeat call needs them.
Your books are one connection away. ServusOne connects to QuickBooks Online, so customers, invoices and — when you switch it on — payments reach your accounting records as themselves. The office stops producing a second copy of information you already had.
The part of ServusOne this comes down to

What changes in a week of work
Evaluate in a week, not a quarter
Start the trial, put a real week of work through it, and judge it on your own jobs. There is no card, no setup fee, and no scheduled call standing between you and the answer.
Price the people, not just the trucks
Dispatchers, office managers and owners need logins too. Published included-seat counts and a published per-additional-user rate let you cost the whole team up front, which per-technician models make harder to see.
The second visit is where it pays for itself
Walk a repeat call through it: the same customer, the same installed unit, six months on. What the technician sees on arrival is the test that separates field service systems, and it is worth more in year three than any feature list.
One system means month-end is reporting, not archaeology
When the schedule, the job, the materials and the invoice are one record, the numbers at the end of the month are already assembled. Nobody spends the first week of the next month reconciling them.
Where ServiceTitan fits better
ServiceTitan is a large platform and publishes capabilities ServusOne has never claimed. This is the short, factual version, read from its own pricing page on the date shown.
What ServiceTitan publishes
- ServiceTitan prices per technician.
- It publishes three packages — Starter, Essentials and The Works.
- Starter covers dispatching, scheduling, call booking, invoicing and a pricebook.
- Essentials adds mobile estimates and payroll management.
- The Works adds advanced reporting, commission tracking and customizable memberships.
- Its pricing page highlights GPS tracking, which ServusOne does not offer.
Choose ServiceTitan when
- GPS or vehicle location is part of how you dispatch.
- You run membership programs or pay technicians on commission and need the system to administer them.
- A booking call center belongs in the same platform as the field work.
What ServusOne does not do
- No GPS, technician location or telematics. ServusOne does not offer GPS tracking, live technician location or telematics of any kind.
- No automatic route optimization. Days are sequenced by hand across technician lanes. ServusOne gives you the board; it does not solve the routing problem for you.
- Mobile workforce access is an Enterprise capability. It is included on the Enterprise plan and is not in the Starter or Professional public catalog, so a crew that needs phones in the field should plan for that deliberately.
- Not a call center or marketing platform. ServusOne covers the operational span between the first call and the paid invoice, and does not reach past it.
